Using Link eazy

How does Link eazy work?

Link eazy enables you to browse the selection of freelancers offering services, and to place orders in just one click.

 Registration

How do I register and activate my account?

 

** Take Action! Click here to join Link eazy. **

Once you register to Link eazy admin panel is manually activate your profile if your details are accurate. Activation mail is sent to the employer.

Where is my activation email?

If you can’t find the email, you should check your spam folder. Please make sure that [email protected] is added to your address book and not marked as spam. If you are still unable to

receive emails from Link eazy, please let us know.

 

Receiving Invoices

How do I set up my billing information?

** Take Action! Click here to fill out your Billing Information. **

Once you’ve filled out the Billing Information in your account settings, you will automatically receive invoices after each purchase. Make sure the details are accurate and final as the original invoices will be based on this information.

I setup my billing information; how do I receive an invoice?

 

To view an order invoice:

Once logged in, click Buy

The Manage Orders page will be displayed.

Click the order for which you would like to receive an invoice.

Click View Invoice.

Account and Profile Settings

  • My Account Details

* How do I change my username?

 

 

Your username is your unique identity on Link eazy and it cannot be changed. If you want to use another username, you need to close your account and create a new one. If you would like to use the email address in your current account for your new account, please change it before closing it.

To change your email address:

You can’t change your email address for any reason. You must use only one unique email address.

To close your account, go to your  Account Settings -> Delete Account

Notes:

If you have funds in your account, please contact Customer Support prior to closing your account.

If you delete the account without prior notice you are unable to get existing funds in the account.

The email address using in the deleting account can’t be used to open any new account in Link eazy.

Before you go, please know that deactivating your account may result in losing all the information related to your activity on Link eazy.

 

  • Accessing My Account

 

How do I change/reset my password?

Here’s how you can change your password:

Account setting -> Password

Enter your current password and your new one.

Click “Save Changes”.

If you don’t remember your password, Go to Main menu -> Reset password,  Enter the email used to log into your account. A password reset email will be sent to that address if the email matches the account.

 How do I verify my account?

Why can’t I access my account?

Have you entered the correct username or email when logging into your account? If you have and you are still unable to access your account, have you tried resetting your password? If not, we recommend doing so first.

If you have already done this and are still unable to access your account, we recommend reaching our to our Support team of Link eazy.com. They will be able to take a close look into your account to see if there’s any restriction preventing you from accessing your account.

  • Finding Services

 

How do I find Services?

Searching for a specific Service is easy. You will be able to find a Service by searching any keywords related to the type of services you are interested in.

 

To find a service,

  1. Main Menu -> All Services
  2. Go to Search

 

How do I find a Freelancer?

You will be able to locate a Freelancer,

  1. By searching our wide variety of Service Categories available on Link eazy.com
  2. If you know a specific Freelancer, you can search by the Freelancer’s username.

 

To search by the Freelancer’s username, you can use the search bar available on the top left of the Link eazy homepage. Once you enter the Freelancer’s username, select “Search username containing … “. The Freelancer’s account will be listed and you can select their account and browse the services they offer.

 

  • Employer Requests

 

How do I post a Employer request?

If you have trouble finding what you are looking for or have a special request, you can submit a Service request. This allows you to make a request to the Link eazy community. If your request meets the criteria of a Freelancer, the Freelancer will submit an offer.

How do I report Services, Freelancers, and services?

If at any time, you wish to report a Freelancer to Link eazy, or Service service in possible violation of our Terms of Service, you will be able to do so by using the Flag icon available on the Service page. Once you have clicked on the Report Flag icon, you will be given a short questionnaire, make sure that it’s fully filled out to speed up the review process by our Trust and Safety team.

  • Cancellations

How do I cancel an order?

Canceling your order is easy. You have to place a cancellation request.

Dash board->Total posted job->Cancel job

 

– If your order has not been marked Completed, you can cancel your order submit your request. Once your Freelancer accepts, the order will be canceled and your funds will be refunded.

– Unless the freelancer accept the request for cancellation, your funds won’t be refunded.

 

 

  • Order Actions

 

My delivery was incomplete; what can I do?

Seeing as your order is incomplete, you have two options.

  • You can either request to cancel the order
  • Request Revisions and reached to the Freelancer within your order page regarding the incomplete materials.

 

  • Order Feedback and Reviews

 

How do I accept and review?

  • To Accept

If your work is completed by the freelancer

Go to Dash board-> Ongoing Service-> Action-> View History-> Hire freelancer-> Select Drop Down Bar and select completed

  • To review

It is must to review the freelancer’s work

Go to Dash board-> Ongoing Service-> Action-> View History-> Hire freelancer-> Select Drop Down Bar and select completed and send your feedback with stars

 

How do I change/remove my feedback/review?

Once you click Accept & Review Order, you can provide feedback on your order. Feedback must be provided at the acceptance time. Once you provide feedback, it cannot be changed.

 

 

  • Communication with a Freelancer

 

How do I communicate with freelancer?

You’re able to communicate with the freelancer after placing an order. This communication is done via messages.

 

How do I report a Freelancer?

If you are experiencing an issue with your Freelancer or any Freelancer on Link eazy,

Go to freelancer’s account and bottom of the right side bar, there you can see “Report this freelancer” then find the action, type the message of report and submit.

 

How can I contact a Freelancer if the order is completed?

If your order is completed and you still need to communicate with the Freelancer, it’s best to reach out to the Freelancer via your Link eazy Inbox. To do so, go to Messages > Inbox or

Payments and Invoices

  • How do I pay for the Service

You have to pay with proposal acceptance or with buying a service by completing Billing Information Form.

-You can use your Pay pal account, Credit or Debit cards to pay for the service.

 

  • Refunds

Is there refund for Incomplete works? Is it guaranted?

Your money is secure with Link eazy. If there is an incomplete work Link easy is responsible to direct refund to your payment source

 

  • Payment Issues

 

 I’m having issues processing my payment; what can I do?

Are you having issues processing your payment? Is your payment Pending?

If so, we recommend allowing your payment time to process or reaching out to your bank or credit card processor to confirm if you were charged.

 

If you are receiving an error message your payment is processing, not to worry, reach out to our Support team and they will be able to review your account to see what could be causing the issue on your payment.

 

Why was I billed twice?

If you have been billed twice by accident, not to worry reach out to our Support team as soon as possible. They will be able to process a refund for the duplicate payment. We recommend avoiding disputing the payment as this process will take longer and there will be a hold on the payment from your payment provided until the review has been completed.

 

Also, make sure that you have included the transaction IDs of the duplicate payments to speed up the process faster with Support.

How do I get an invoice for my orders?

Invoices for purchases are available directly within the Order page and email is sent to you

I’m having issues registering; what should I do now?

If you are experiencing issues registering on Link eazy.com, we recommend trying another browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies first. If this was already done, please reach out to our Support team for further assistance.

 

I’m not receiving the account activation email. What can I do?

Administration panel is manually activate your account and send you a email. If you can’t find the email, you should check your spam folder.   • My Account Details

How do I change my location?

Your location is based on your local network information. The location is automatically set and cannot be changed.

How do I change my username?

Why are my statistics dropping?

 

Your statistics are calculated based on the last 60 days of activity on your account. All orders 60 days or older are NOT taken into consideration in your performance. This means that your stats are not static and, on the contrary, will fluctuate almost every day as old orders are removed and new orders are added. If there are no new orders placed and old ones are removed, then your Order Completion Rate will reflect this.

 

For example, let’s say you have three Completed Orders and one Cancelled. This will make your Order Completed Rate 75%. If one of those 3three Completed Orders leaves the 60 days limit, then you would technically (according to the Order Completed Rate statistic) now have two Completed Orders and one Cancelled. This means your rating will drop to 66% without having any new orders simply because one order has left the 60-day window.

 

 

  •                                                                         Accessing My Account

 

Why was my account blocked?

Your account was reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, and permanently disabled. When your account is blocked, you are not able to log into Link eazy.com.

 

If you have funds available in your Link eazy account, please contact us 90 days after the date on which you received notification that your account was disabled, and we will gladly assist you.

 

Why is my account restricted/disabled?

This typically occurs when an additional verification to your account is required or your account has been flagged for violations of our Terms of Service.

 

How can I activate my restricted account?

Contact Customer Support.

 

I forgot my security question; how can I reset it?

 

Click here to contact Customer Support. You will need to verify your phone number and other details of your account.

How do I verify my identity?

At Link eazy, we’re always doing our best to keep our community safe for everyone, which is why we routinely ask that Freelancers verify their identity with an official government ID. We’ll only ask you to do this once.

 

You’ll need to send  a photo of an official government ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) , Billing proof documents that will be available to you depending on your country of residence via [email protected]

  • Cancellations

How do I cancel an incoming order?

If you have an issue with an order, you can use the Resolution Center to assist you. We recommend using the Resolution Center to work things out with your Employer before contacting Customer Support.

What do I do if my Employer wants to cancel the order?

We understand you are concerned your Employer wants to cancel the order. Please rest assured that we take our Freelancers’ revenue very seriously, and we require Employers to provide us with a satisfactory explanation and proof before canceling an order. When you don’t get paid, neither does Link eazy; we want every Service order to be successful. However, we also cannot force a Employer to accept an order with which they are not satisfied.

 

If the Employer seems uncertain about the work that you have done for the order, we recommend that you create a list detailing the work you have done on the order, and explain to the Employer how this list compares to your Service description and the Employer’s order requirements.

 

Please continue communicating with the Employer to see if you are able to reach a mutually beneficial agreement regarding this order.

 

  • Order Actions

How can I block a Employer from ordering from me?

You can’t block an employer

 

What can I do if my Employer is not responding?

Please aware through [email protected]

Select a reason and then the number of days you would like to add to your delivery time, and click Send.

 

The Employer will have 48 hours to accept or decline your offer to extend the delivery time of the order. If the Employer does not respond during this time, the extension will be withdrawn and you can contact Customer Support.

 

 

  • Feedback and Reviews

 

Why can’t I see the Employer’s feedback?

To view your Employer’s feedback Employer should give you the feedback with completion. You are responsible to aware the employers to post the feedback.

 

Why can’t I see my work samples on the Employer’s feedback?

The Employer has the option to hide work samples on their order while leaving feedback.

 

How can I change my feedback/review?

Feedback can be provided up to 10 days after the last delivery of the order. Once you provide feedback, it cannot be changed.

 

What do I do if my Employer wants to remove their feedback?

It can not be changed

  • Withdrawing My Earnings

 How does the order process work, and when do I get paid?

When a Employer places an order, they pay Link eazy. Once that order is completed, 80% of the funds will remain in a “pending” status for a 7-day clearing period. This is for financial processing and to ensure Employer satisfaction. After the 7-day period, the funds will be marked as “cleared” and will be available to withdraw.

 

 

How do I withdraw my earnings?

To withdraw funds from your account:

Once logged in, Dash board -> left side menu -> payout setting -> Select option (Paypal or Bank Transfer) and submit you can see your payout  in “ Your Payout” in payout settings

 

 Can I withdraw funds in my local currency?

For your convenience, you can withdraw your revenue in the following currencies: USD ($).

Note: Currency conversion fees apply. Please note additional charges may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

 

How can I change my withdrawal method?

To withdraw funds from your Link eazy account, please log into your account,

Go to dash board > Left side Menu -> Payout settings -> Select your convenience Method

 The two options are:

  1. PayPal
  2. Bank Transfer

 What can I do if my withdrawals are failing?

If you are withdrawing to PayPal, please keep in mind that some regions are limited from receiving payments to PayPal accounts. We ask that you please contact PayPal to check if they allow accepting funds or whether your PayPal account has any limitations. In addition, please make sure that your account is verified with PayPal.

 

Once you have resolved this matter with PayPal, please contact us again, and we will be happy to look into this further for you. Please note that withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.

 

 

 

  • Earnings and Sales Balance

 My withdrawal was refunded; where are my funds?

All withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. If the funds were already refunded, we recommend reaching out to our Support team so that they can further look into the status of your funds.

 Warnings

Why was I warned?

Users may receive a warning on their account for violations of our Terms of Service, or any user misconduct reported to our Trust & Safety Team. A warning will not limit account activity, but further warnings can lead to your account becoming permanently disabled, depending upon the severity of the violation.

 

  •                                                                   Promotion/Demotion Questions

What can I do to be promoted?

Are you ready to move up a level on Link eazy?

We recommend checking out level requirements. In addition, you can check your stats on your Analytics page. Make sure that your stats are kept in the green, by doing so, your account will be eligible for promotion.

 

I met all the requirements, but haven’t been promoted. Why?

Have you met all the requirements and still haven’t been promoted? Not to worry, you can check your status to see what happened.

 

Note: Automatic promotions are for level 1 and level 2 only. Being promoted to a Top Rating Freelancer is a manual process.

 

Why was I demoted?

You should receive an email notification explaining the details of your demotion.

 

 

 

  •                                                                   Service Status

No one can see my Service; where is it?

Check to make sure that you published your Service. If you have, we recommend searching for your Service by your Service title or keywords in your description.

 
Why can’t I find my Service while searching? Why is my Service no longer in the same spot in the marketplace?

 

A Service’s position in the marketplace is based on Freelancer performance over a set period of time. Service positions are not permanent and can rotate on a daily basis. There are many factors to take into consideration, some of which may include order cancellations, delivery rate, responsiveness, etc. There may be other Services currently performing at a higher rate than yours. If other Freelancers are ranked higher, they may be consistently getting 5 stars, delivering on time, communicating quicker, etc. This all counts. Make sure you deliver high quality, original work, avoid late deliveries and cancellations, be responsive and always keep a professional manner.

 

Why was my Service denied?

If your Service has recently been denied, you will receive an email update explaining why. Unfortunately, once your Service has been denied, it will not be restored. If you are still having issues understanding why, we advise that you review our Terms of Service for more information.

 

 

 

How can I have my Service ranked higher?

Promoting your Services on social media, websites, or blogs is a great way to bring more traffic. The more traffic you bring, the more exposure you will receive in our marketplace. In addition, completing your orders in a timely manner and providing great service can affect your ranking. As long as you are doing well in these areas, your ranking will improve.
